At Furnify Ltd we follow a set of policies for the benefit of our customers which are as follows:
We ship throughout the UK only. For shipping to Europe or beyond we can arrange a special product service, please contact us for details. If ordering items through our online shopping cart and multiple addresses are required, please select this option when checking out.
As standard all items will be delivered on 'tailgate-only' delivery service, this means that goods will be delivered kerbside to the specified address. This does not include installation and placement of items or removal of packaging, there will need to be a representative on-site to assist and bring the goods inside.
If installation and placement of items are required and packaging needs to be removed then this will need to be on a 'delivery & installation' service which will come with an uplift in cost, please contact us to obtain a price for this service.
Where products are being shipped out of the EU, no VAT is payable. Furnify reserve the right to charge VAT where applicable.
Some products have their own specific shipping rates that do not come under the flat rate. This is because of the manufacturer’s shipping charge. These details will be found on the product information pages. The summary of delivery charges can be seen on the shopping cart and checking out pages.
The cost of shipping to international destinations are estimates and if the cost should be higher than the price paid we will contact you to discuss the cost and the shipping options available. We reserve the right to amend the delivery charge and will advise you of any changes once we have received your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Usually, the delivery time will be between 2-6 weeks.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some of the items purchased online by means of the shopping cart are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kilogram. On some products, the courier or shipping is based on volumetric rates so please call or mail if you have any doubts on the correct costs.
You can track your delivery by logging into your account on the furnify website and click onto the order status option in the top left-hand corner.
When your order is accepted the confirmation email that we send to you will provide details of the arrangements for delivery or collection of your specified goods. Where a supplier is prevented from providing the goods or service due to circumstances beyond its control (ie force majeure) then the period for delivery shall be postponed until such circumstance is resolved.
