Calvert Room Divder
The Calvert Room Divider is a modular system that helps create spaces to focus, collaborate, relax and inspire. Calvert uses steel frame walls, available in three heights, to act as room dividers, with the louvre-style grid pattern diffusing visibility between areas without creating a solid wall.
Powder-coated steel frames combine with panel elements in natural birch plywood, Valchromat or bamboo finishes.
Calvert room dividers allow you to customise walls with accessories, such as display cubes, shelves, AV boxes, dry-wipe surfaces and upholstered panels, and benches and desk surfaces, which can be incorporated to add flexible functionality. The image above shows how the Calvert system can be configured to create team collaboration zones within open-plan offices. The four-seater meeting room configuration is totally unfixed and free-standing. The structure uses 1000mm wide walls with a height of 2200mm. A four-person panelled roof is added to offer some acoustic qualities. Additional Calvert accessories have been added, such as rectangular and square upholstered acoustic panels and a large AV Display box for the TV. For the seating there are two double rear-fix park benches and a large standard height table. The exterior features multi-purpose hooks that can be added to hang plant pots to add some greenery to the office.
The Calvert grid system configuration shown above has been used to divide space while also providing a functional collaboration and work area with drop-in desk on the oppsite side. On the front you have a large standard height table which links onto the dividing wall with two magnetic glass white boards. To the left angled wall square and rectangular display boxes have been added to house plants or add ornaments, and to the right some display shelfs. The seated height desk has soft seating added for users to meet and collaborate.
