UV Technology has been used for decades as a disinfection method for killing bacteria and viruses.
UV BENCH is proven to kill 99.9% of the most common viruses and bacteria. Specific for SARS-COV-2, also called Covid-19, the UV BENCH has been laboratory tested with a live virus at the Southern University of Denmark (SDU). A test starting with a concentration for 10.000 live viruses was reduced to zero in 10 seconds in UV BENCH, stating at least a 3-log reduction or so-called 99.9% reduction.
Safety around UV is essential and something to be aware of – ensuring both the UV process is doing the expected job and protecting people while using the UV. With the UV BENCH, the UV technology is contained while disinfecting.
