Skala Height Adjustable Bench Desks is a sit-stand solution developed around the study of people, their wellbeing at work and the increasing demand for a flexible workstation to meet ergonomic office guidelines. The height adjustment of Skala bench desks extends the norms associated with the static office desk, allowing the user to adapt their physiology and anatomy as and when the need arises. It can be specified for each staff member in the office as their dedicated workstation or used as a temporary alternative for teams to share and alternate between each other reducing costs. Skala Height Adjustable Bench Desk can be used and regulated by multiple users and, can be a place of spur of the moment meetings for teams to share ideas.

The Skala height adjustable bench desk system offers two frames types to choose from. The height adjustable “H” bench frame with perforated infill panel, supports two completely independent sit-stand desks with 19mm thick melamine tops. This supports an optional dividing desk screen. The frame can also have an integrated schuko power modules fitted with cover if required. The cable management for “H” frame bench can be installed down to the floor through a cable spine or up to a mid-level cable tray and from there down to the floor through a cable management column which neatly hides the cables.

The second Skala height adjustable bench desk model is the deeper closed loop leg frame with a central upholstered infill panel. This includes a shuko for cable management. If the leg closed bench is prepared for a shuko, the cable spine directs the electrical wiring from the tray, that it is affixed under the desktop, to the lateral exterior trim with schuko. Otherwise, the cable spine reaches the floor or to an intermediate tray resting on legs. The bench also supports an acoustic pinnable desk screen.
