The latest study led by professor Keith Diaz of Columbia University found that movement helps. It's not how long you sit or stand, but being active through movement is essential. The manufacturing process of Hop is strictly controlled to achieve ultimate precision. All metal tubes are double extruded and cut accurately with a fully automated laser cutting machine that has a tolerance lesser than 3um (that’s thinner than a strand of hair!). The aim is to minimise production tolerance to achieve maximum stability and durability.

The dual-motor system allows perfectly synchronised adjustments. You’ll find operating Hop to be incredibly smooth, fast and pleasantly quiet. Accidents happen all the time…But don’t worry, Hop features an anti-collision mechanism which automatically stops any adjustments when obstacles are detected. Once the desk halts, it intuitively retracts a couple of centimetres to prevent any damage. The Hop desk base is telescopic in width and can be easily adjusted to any desired desktop width between 1165-2400mm.
